Palo Alto Arts Center Childrens Courtyard is a playful space that uses the landscape as a teaching tool in art education, and is a creative place to play and make art. A curved deck protects the exposed surface roots of mature Magnolia trees, and is a platform for student art-making and display. Seating is integrated into the garden in a variety of custom benches. Designed as Project Manager/Associate at SWA Group.
